COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
For Mother's Day 2024, Quan Mei collaborated together with talented individuals from Metta Home to handcraft exquisite flowers skilfully using materials supplied by Quan Mei.
To celebrate Quan Mei's 40th Anniversary, Metta individuals crafted tote bags from repurposed bedding collected from hotels like lyf, which were then used as gift bags for the event.
Following a project with Wild Honey, additional furniture was donated to the community area at Radin Mas Community Centre, enhancing the space into a welcoming lounge for visitors can relax and unwind.
As part of Project Sayang in collaboration with Project Refresh, mattresses were donated and distributed to approximately 550 low-income families in the Radin Mas constituency.
For Mother's Day 2020, Quan Mei partnered with community organizations to handcraft flowers from provided materials, which were then distributed to residents in Radin Mas.
During the COVID-19 circuit breaker, Quan Mei donated disposable face masks to the METTA Day Activity Centre for the Intellectually Disabled to help reduce the risk of infection.
