On distribution day, the Quan Mei Design & Construction team, along with volunteers from Radin Mas CC and other organizations, assembled at their designated reporting locations to kick off the initiative. The day began with unloading the prepared items, ensuring everything was ready for smooth distribution. Before heading out, the volunteers attended a briefing that covered the distribution process, important guidelines, and best practices to ensure the items were delivered efficiently and respectfully to the residents.

Following the briefing, the team was divided into smaller groups, each assigned to specific blocks within the Redhill-Radin Mas area. Equipped with their designated items, the volunteers went door to door, personally delivering bedding essentials and household necessities to residents in need. The collective effort aimed to bring comfort and joy to the community while fostering a spirit of giving and togetherness.
